Overview


The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of current research topics in RF &
microwave circuit and subsystem design for wireless communications.

Topics will
include phase locked loops (PLL), frequency synthesizers, RF and microwave subsystem
design, RF and wireless modulators and transceivers, linear power amplifiers,
software
radio
design, and selected topics on modern wire
less transceivers as G
