Q. How much earning
s credits do I need to earn to offset my monthly services charges?

A. To calculate what your clearing balance requirement should be, have the past 3 months billing
statements (Summary Statement of Service Charges) and go to the following website:

Earnings credits are earned on clearing balance requirements.


Q. When can I receive my billing statement?

A. The billing statement is available to the customer's on the 6th Business day of the month

When will I be charged for my monthly services?

A. On the 15th of each month. However, if the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, you will be charged
the next business day.
