requirements
and
backups
for all key systems

production have support plans, including

training for system administrators



Manage the server and storage equipment
procurement process, including ensuring
appropriate equipment inventories and
software licenses



Manage suppliers in the sysadmin

Manage the Tier II responsibilities of the

Excellent written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
customers and priorities in a rapidly
changing environment



Experience leading the administration and
Tier II support activities of mission critic

systems and services



Experience supporting remote offices (e.g.,
branch offices, franchises, dealers)

operations

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or
Engineering, or equivalent experience

nce of technical skill mastery, such
