The IEEE Robio 2013 conference will take place from December 12 to 14, 2013
at Shangri-la hotel in the vibrant, beautiful, and young city of Shenzhen, China.
The theme of Robio 2013 is “Robots living with human being in modern society”,
reflecting the ever growing interests in research, development and applications in
the dynamic and exciting areas of robotics and biomimetics. Shenzhen, located in
the Pearl River Delta and neibouring Hong Kong, is the fastest growing city in the
world and famed as the world manufacturing factory, populated by visitors from all
over the world and featuring attractive tourist spots, world class conference and
hotel facilities, and beautiful beaches and golf courses. Robio 2013 promises to
be a great event for all participants, with excellent technical and social programs.
the conference invites high quality original research papers in the broad areas
related to robotics, biomimetics and their applications.

Contributed Papers: Original papers are solicited in all related areas of robotics
and biomimetics. Full papers must be submitted in PDF format prepared strictly
following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for the IEEE
Xplore®. For detailed format information, please visit the conference website. All
accepted papers will be indexed by EI and included in IEEE Xplore.
Best Paper Competition: All submitted papers will be included in the evaluation
for the Best Conference Paper and Best Student Paper Competitions.
Journal Publications: Expanded versions of the accepted and presented papers
with excellent reviews will be invited for publication in leading SCI and EI journals.
Tour Packages: Tourist packages to local and nearby attractions will be available.
