Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with at least 3 year's post
experience and have experience of delivery and implementation of major components for
complex solutions, providing the technical lead to other software engineers.
Demonstrable awareness of business and operational environments into which solutions
have been delivered is essential, along with the following:
Industry Experience: Finance, He
althcare or Government
Design Methodologies: UML or Agile
Operating Systems: Windows or Linux or Sun Solaris
Programming Framework & Languages: .NET/C#/ASP.NET, J2EE/Java/JSP/Spring,
J2EE Application Servers: IBM WebSphere, JBoss
abases: SQL Server, Oracle
Other: XML, HTML/CSS, Web Services, Unit Test Frameworks (e.g., JUnit/NUnit)
Experience of EDRM technology (e.g., Meridio, SharePoint, TRIM, or Documentum), Web
Content Management (e.g., Alterian/MediaSurface or SharePoint), B
Intelligence/Reporting (e.g., Crystal Reports, Cognos, SQL Server Reporting or Business
Objects), BPM (e.g., Autonomy LiquidOffice, K2.Net, Tibco or WebSphere
Process/Workflow), Scanning (e.g., Autonomy Teleform or Kofax) or MS Dynamics CRM

Flexibility is required, including willingness to work away from home base.
