the Datacentre Team are responsible for the

spread throughout the UK
.

Their

mission is to ensure
that
SITA UK has a 100% available
infrastru
cture,
which
provides

a secure & stable platform to

enable

all

usiness appl
ications to run

mum performance

levels

in line with

lable environment, with a disaster recovery solution, in line with the business

The Datacentre Consultant will proactively monitor

systems

& troubleshoot problems
, liaise with
the business

at large,

the

other teams within the MIS Department, vendors and external
specialists to ensure the above
requirements are

met.



The Datacentre Consultant will act as

second line support
for incidents

and requests

for

information

from the IT Business Support Desk, Busi
ness Application Supp
ort Team and Projects

or directly from the Business. He or she will work from SITA's main office in Maidenhead within a
team reporting to the Technical Services
