Introduction


Module JS News is a module for

. This module is
used for displaying image by Accordion. You can use this module to display images in articles of

or display images

Virtuemart
. You can change the number
of columns and articles in module in order to make it look smoother
.

Please follow these steps to install
JS News

to your Joomla 2

Extract the downloaded package to your computer.

Setting configuration for module:

From Resource: Choose to show article for
component Content
,
K2

or show product
for
Virtuemart
.

With From Resource is Joomla Article, choose
by Article, category, session:



+ Select articles to show: choose articles in section, category to display or choose each
article.


+ Choose only 1 option among 3 options.


+ If choose Uncategoriesed in section then categories have sessionid = 0 will
be selected.
And if it’s in categories then articles have catid = 0 will be selected.

With From Resource is K2 Content then choose by Select Item of K2, Select
Categories K2:



+ Select displayed item: choose items in category to display or choose each ite
m.


+ Choose only 1 option among 2 options.


+ If choose Uncategoriesed then items have catid = 0 will be selected.

With From Resource is VM Products then products of
Virtuemart

will be displayed as
follow:

+ Select which products will be shown in
Selec
t Product of VM, or which products in which
category will be shown to choose in Select Categories VM.

Choose only 1 option among 2 options

+ If choose Uncategories then products not in which category will be displayed.

Module Width:
the width size of module.

Module Height: the height size of module

Number Characters Description:
Maximum characters of introtext if Introtext of
article is displayed or

Intro number:

number of articles, products to be displayed to suit the module’s
interface.

Linked Titles: Show/hide link title.
