The group defined the flavors of departmental web sites, based on tasks associated with each type:
atic Content: minimal access control, search capability, text, media, documents, public
audience, directory/ user profiles, basic tagging.
Dynamic Content: All of A, plus, dynamic content, frequent updates, news feeds,
directory, calendar and even
t feeds, collaborative tools, blog, tagging, commenting, public

Intranet: all of A and B plus, public/private audiences, search, advanced directory,
The group will use LessonShare as an example of a custom application. The report will not seek to define
the depths of possible development, but will, instead, define the basic availability and roadmap for further
t Rubric and present to group.
Draft group answer to the question: “Why two content management systems?”
Have each group complete the question, “Why would a consultant choose X?”
Submit to full group for response.
Approve wording for each section.
Define support paths for each technology.
