Pre job briefing


Safe the FUG power supply in accordance with the applicable SOP.


Request clearance per general RWP.


Proceed in accordance with RADCON guidelines(to be determined based on test results).


Secure LCW supply and return to th
e appropriate power supply.


The following 10 steps will be repeated for all three transistor banks installed in the power supply.


Request clearance fro RADCON to d
rain water from
transistor bank LCW lines.


Remove and label all wiring/ connectors landed

on the transistor banks
.


Remove transistor bank from mounting brackets.


Obtain RADCON approval prior to removing banks from Hall A.


De
-
solder all transistors from each transistor bank.


Install new pre
-
tested transistors in transistor bank.


Clean all

electrical contacts (copper mounting brackets).


Remount the transistor bank in the power supply.


Re

connect the LCW lines.


Re
-
connect all wiring/connectors per labels installed at the time of removal.


Obtain a quality assurance check from another qu
alified technician.


Un secure the LCW supply and Return, check for leaks.


Return the power supply to operational status.


Test operate the power supply.






Post job briefing and cleanup

Dispose of removed

materials as per Radcon
