This course
provides:

ritical knowledge and skills for individuals to manage business operation efficiently. The
Advanced Diploma also aims to develop students in their strategic thinking and analytical
abilities which are essential for the new bleed of managers and executives.

Students would
be able to identify and analyze business problems, formulate plans and policies form a
strategic perspective, and implement them effectively. In addition, the program cultivates a
global perspective on how international business is conducte
d, creates and awareness of
potential business opportunities, and the impact of globalization on management functions.
This
Advanced Diploma in Business Administration will give the graduates a head
-
start in
business administration and management in today’
s highly globalized economy.

Managing Cultural Differences

This course has been developed to promote an understanding meaning and purposes of
managing across culture difference. The students will be exposed to the different framework
of managing the across culture difference by understanding organisation, strategy

and
human resource management practice. . The topics covered include international mangers in
multicultural team in global organisation and citizens of the world with business ethics and
social responsibility.


Consumer Behaviour

This course has been dev
eloped to promote an understanding and describe the features and
purposes of consumer behavior. The students will be exposed to different framework of
consumer behavior by understanding consumer as an individual with cultural and social
settings. The topic

covered includes consumer research, market segmentation, consumer
decision making, and motivation, cross culture consumer behaviour.


Marketing Management

This course has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and
purposes of marketing management. The students will be exposed to the different framework
of studying marketing management capturing insights connecting consumers. Top
ics
covered include the building strong brands, shaping the market offerings, delivering &
communicating value, and creating successful long term growth.

This course has been developed to promote an understanding of key concepts of
quality
management as it applies to today’s organizations. Students will be exposed to the different
frameworks of studying operations management and production as organizational functions.
Topics covered include the survey of forecasting methods, producti
on planning, inventory
management, quality management, project management, supply chain management and JIT
manufacturing.


Financial Management

This course has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and
purposes of Financial M
anagement, explains how to appreciate and understand the 10
principles of finance, stronger emphasis on all aspects of finance matters, ethical issues
impacting on financial practices, all aspects of the best practices, finance from an
entrepreneur’s per
spective, managerial compensation & managing for shareholder value,
and international financial management.


Managerial Accounting

This course has been developed to allow students to understand the core areas of the
principles of management accounting,
mastering the numerical aspects of the subject,
interpreting the results and understanding the contribution management accounting can
make to the management process. This will enable students to apply the theories they learn
to management situations and to

use clear thinking to obtain the best financial outcome.


Managerial Economics

This course has been developed to promote an understanding and describe the features and
purposes of Managerial Economics, explains how to appreciate and understand the

als of managerial economics. The programme integrates the discipline to other
managerial functions, including accounting, finance, human resource management and
marketing. It aims to teach students how to make better business decisions rather than
