2.2

UTILITY CONNECTIONS

PROJECT CLEANUP

Construction debris will be removed on a daily bas

shall remove all waste materials and debris arising from construction and shall present all
construction areas in a broom clean condition.


2.4

CHANGES

All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner according to
generally accepted
standard practices. Any alteration, or deviation from the drawings/specifications or contract
involving extra costs or credits, will be executed as mutually agreed upon and be verified by
written change order.


2.5

TEMPORARY FACILITIES

Prov
ide temporary electrical telephone, water, and power as required to perform the work.


2.6

WARRANTEE

Contractor shall guarantee the material and workmanship for one (1) year following the date of
substantial completion. Substantial completion is defined as
completed to a point where the
owner is able to beneficially occupy the building. Equipment warranties are limited to original
OEM warranties.
