Stage 1. Analysis and selection of several engin

g of Ukrainian professors for their future independent work as judges of the National

Electronic Technical University in the context of distance learning development in
Ukraine.


Acronym:

EUniTech.


Target group:
Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine; Regional and Local Authorities;

three European universities with good
experience in distance learning and three technical
universities of Ukraine with no experience of distance learning.

Objectives:

Wider objective:

The development of engineers training system according to Bologna process standards
implementation through Ukr
ainian technical universities integration in distance learning sphere.

Specific objectives:

Creation of interregional network of distance learning in the form of functioning Electronic
Technical.

Training of teaching staff, modernization of curriculum, p
reparation of courses to be taught for the Electronic
Technical University due to Bologna process standards with the help of best practices of European universities.

Creation of internet portal of Electronic Technical University.

Improvement of regulatory
and legal framework of distance learning in Ukraine.

Activities:


1. Studying the best practices of distance learning in European universities.

up proposals on Ukrainian regulatory and legal framework of distance learning improvement.

3. Designi
ng Electronic Technical University internet portal.

4. Choosing specializations for the Electronic Technical University pilot project.

5. Conducting seminars, round tables, conferences to discuss topical questions on distance learning for
