4.4.1

Knowledge manager
should be accountable for improving the circulation of

Knowledge manager is responsible to apply new

knowledge to improve behaviors.

Head of Department is

intellectual capital required for

Knowledge Manager is responsible for creating

sessions per year.

The Hear of Department

is responsible to ensure all reports (training, visit, contact
and manual) are archived in

portal.

A copy of all other documents produced by the
