§100 Title

This resolution may be cited as the Montgomery County
Conservation District
Fee for

§
101 Authority

The Montgomery County Conservation District
by
authority of
Act 217 of 1945 Conservation District
Law, as amended by Act 221 of 1984, now Act 75 as amended
July
2008, hereby adopts the Montgomery
County
Fee for services

for Erosion & Sediment Control Services.


§102 Effective Date

This resolution replaces any and a

Conservation District Board of Directors.


§103 Intent

The purpose of this fee

chedule is to help defray the costs incurred by the Montgomery
County Conservation District in its delegated authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Erosion &
Sediment Control Program in accordance with PA DEP Title 25, Chapter 102 Rules and

Regulations on Erosion
and Sediment Control.


§104 Applicability of

§106 Project Area Delineation


Total Project Area

The entire parcel, including areas designated for open space, controlled by the landow

Off site areas of earth disturbance associated with the project may be included in the application.

Erosion & Sediment Control plan (>5,000 sq. ft) of earth

disturbance, and implementation of the plan.

Additional development on an already improved site will be determined by estimating the necessary
area to build the new improvement.

including the

and found to be
administratively
complete
, the Technical review of the Erosion & Sediment
Control Plan review clock wil
l begin.

B.

The Montgomery County Conservation
District will

accept the application when all the necessary
information and fees have been received. The
