How to Set Up a Website Using Joomla

The success of online business in recent years has aroused the interest of more and
more personal and small business users to build their own websites or interactive
applications such as online shops, forums, or online marketing platforms. However, it is
often a challenge for the initial web server setup due to the lack of budget to purchase or
rent a web server, hire an IT professional for maintenance, and inadequate knowledge of
web programming. To realize truly simple and easy web server setup, Cisco Smart
Storage has introduced the Joomla PKG add-on package. With this powerful and free
application, every user can build their own websites or online applications easily.
Smart Storage integrates phpMyAdmin and Joomla to simplify the installation procedure
of a web server. The built-in phpMyAdmin feature enables users to manage the MySQL
database via the web interface. Complicated HTML programming or web design
knowledge is not required. Even non-programmers can build their websites with Joomla.
