NATO Regional Conference on Military
Communications and Information Systems (RCMCIS
2004) is annual conferen
ce organised in Zegrze with
long traditions starting from 1999, when for the first
time replaced the National Conference. Now, the
Conference has reached wide international rank and
brings together the experts from Europe and US for
discussing about develo
pment and adaptation of new
technologies and services into military systems.
Traditionally, the RCMCIS 2004 will be held in Zegrze


a small town close to nice lake, about 30 km from
Warsaw to the north
-
east.


The Conference programme contains the plenary
sessions, keynote speeches, special sessions for
selected hot topics, regular sessions and reporting
session. In addition, each year is organised an
exhibition with around 30 companies.

Authors are kindly invited to submit abst
ract describing
original research, innovative tec

applications as well as results of lab

ratory and real
network trials. Abstract should mainly contain
information about novelty and applied methodology
(minimum 1 page). The abstract should be
submitted
not later than
April 30

be notified about the abstract ac

The authors of accepted abstracts should submit the full

All presented papers will be published in the Conference
Proceedings book. The Special Issue in the Journal of
Telecommunication and Information Systems is also
planned for selected papers.


For publishing the paper in the Conference
Proceedings, registration and payment of conference
fee, for at least one author, are mandatory before
September 10

, 2004.
