The Embassy Suites Hotel – Orlando Airport will be the site for the FRCC
System Operator Seminars again this year. The FRCC group rate will be
extended to meeting attendees three days prior to and after the meeting dates,
based on availability. Reservations will only be accepted with a first night’s
deposit or a major credit card to guarantee the reservations. If calling, be sure
to mention the FRCC to get the reduced rate. Reservations can be made on-line

The Embassy Suites Hotel is located one mile from the Orlando International
Airport and just minutes away from the Florida Mall, and the International
Drive area. The room rate includes a cooked-to-order breakfast, the nightly
Manager’s Reception and Wireless High Speed Internet Access. A
complimentary shuttle is provided for transportation to and from the hotel and
within three miles of the hotel.

Blue Water Energy Services is a training and consulting company with the
goal of providing the highest quality training available to anyone responsible
for the safe and reliable operation of the bulk electric grid.

Blue Water Energy Services will be presenting a class on the afternoon of the
first day and the morning of the second day, of the Seminars each week.
Attendees will be eligible for 8 Emergency Operations hours, 6 Simulation
hours, and 4 NERC Standards hours.

Session 3: April 29-30
Session 4: May 6-7
Session 5: May 13-14
Registration will begin at 7 a.m., with the seminar on both days
beginning at 8 a.m. sharp! The Seminars will end at 5 p.m. on the first
day and at 4:00 p.m. on the second day. Please plan your travel

For Continuing Education Hours…..you will be required to present a
photo ID at registration. Sign-in sheets will be at registration on both

CEH credits.
The seminar registration fee is $350* per FRCC member attendee and
$400* for non-FRCC member attendees. The registration fee includes
meeting facilities, handout materials, breaks and meals. NO credit cards
can be accepted for seminar registration fees.

*A surcharge of $35 is to be added for those attendees not staying at
the hotel to cover the cost of breakfast for Thursday and Friday
mornings and the Manager’s Evening Reception on Thursday.
