Description

In homogeneities and anomalies in the structures of
Earth gravitational and magnetic fields may testify to
availability of mineral resour
ces d
e
posits.

With

the

help

of

laser

radar

stations, it is intended to
perform remote trajectory measurements of ge
o-
physical microsatellite orbital parameters and to ca
l-
culate on their basis the Earth gravitational field
p
a
rameters. For

this

purpose, on sa
tellite board, the
corner reflectors and three
-
axis accelerometer will
be installed to take into account the action of non
-
gravitational disturbances on SC.

The measurement of Earth magnetic field param
e-
ters is ensured with the help of scientific instrume
n-
tation accommodated on the satellite board, inclu
d-
ing:



a three
-
axis ac magnetometer intended to mea
s-
ure a quasi
-
constant magnetic field vector;



a wave probe intended to measure magnetic field
fluctu
a
tions, electric current density, and electric
potential i
n ionospheric plasma.
