Participating in IBM Pulse Comes to You Events

At each of the Pulse Comes to You events that IBM will run in North America 2011, there is an
opportunity for up to six Business Partners to participate in a showcase.

Each Business Partner will have a 6’ skirted table in an area adjacent to the meal space, or in the venue
lobby, depending on floor plan and availability.

Requirements

You must have local sales presence in the IBM Business Unit where the event takes place.

If you are not hosting your own PCTY event, you must drive at least 2 customers or prospects to the IBM hosted
events in which you participate. A list of the 2 registered attendees must be sent one week prior to the event.

Selection of Business Partners

Applications for the PCTY Showcase will be reviewed with the local Business Unit sales team.

We will aim to have a mix of Business Partners who represent the full spectrum of Tivoli solutions.

Preference for participation in the Business Partner Showcase will be given to Business Partners who host
their own PCTY event(s).

If you are selected to participate in the IBM hosted PCTY event(s), you will need to submit a logo in .jpg, .bmp, or .gif
format along with a 20
-
word description of your company.
