References to “Metro District” shall be changed to

appropriate
MnDOT District
where
the
Project
is located.

Under the “Expiration”

heading, the Contractor shall disregard the expiration date.

The information in the “Median crossovers” section shall be disregarded

with the exception of the
contact information provided and modified as fol
lows:

he contact provided for MSP, West Metro

and
MSP, East Metro

shall be disregarded
, and

t
he contact information for Metro Maintenance shall
change to

the appropriate MnDOT District maintenance address applicable to the Project.

The heading “Soil C
onditions/Footing Design For End Anchors and concrete sockets” shall change to
“Soil Conditions/Footing Design For End Anchors and Concrete and Steel Sockets.” Under this
heading, in the second paragraph, change “two (2) sets” in the first sentence to “thr
ee (3) sets” and
change “fourteen (14) days” to “21 days.”

In the “Socketed Posts” section, the following sentence shall be disregarded: “Do not use driven
posts.” The Contractor shall have the choice to use either driven steel socket foundations or co
ncrete
foundations.

In the “Erosion Considerations” section, the Contractor shall disregard any references to seeding
mixtures

and follow the seeding mixtures outlined elsewhere in the Contract Documents
.

Under the heading “Consult the manufacturers

of these systems” all the manufacturers listed shall be
disregarded with the exception of BRIFEN.

Nothing in the above exceptions shall be construed to relieve the Co
ntractor of its responsibility to completely
maintain all Work of the Contract or to provide such

responsibility
as necessary to provide safe, efficient, and
effective transportation corridors through and around the project on both existing facilities to
remain and existing
facilities to be removed.
