Existing
buildings
and
facilities
There
is a number of unexploited buildings and facilities at the premises of the pig
farm. The plan provides for retention of the existing foundations and frames of the
buildings, reconstruction of walls and roofs to make
such facilities good for pig
breeding. Local manure removal systems connected with the main manure
canalization will be installed in each unit of the farm.
Sixteen units,
dimensions: 120 x 18 m.
Foundation
: reinforced concrete pads
Structure
: reinforced
concrete half
-
frames
Walls
: reinforced concrete slabs (there are provisions to apply heat
insulation).
Roof
: connected asbestos
-
cement boards, first layer is reinforced (there are
provisions to apply heat insulation and change overhead slabs).
Heat insula
tion: mineral wool
Floors: concrete
, above the manure removal channels
The
existing buildings will be turned into 4 sow units, 4 piglet units and 8 feeding
units.
There
are manure removal channels and automatic feed and water distribution
systems in each
unit.
Pigs
and piglets are moved from unit to unit on motor vehicles.
Ventilation
, heating and microclimate systems are installed in each unit.
Slaughter house, dimensions: 120 x 18 m

ncrete pads.
Carcass: reinforced concrete half
-
frames,
T beams.
Walls
: reinforced concrete slabs.
Roof
: asbestos
-
cement boards.
Floors: concrete and slabs
.
Slaughtering
equipment and units to divide the carcasses into halves should be
installed in the hou
se.
Refrigerator, dimensions:
120 x 18 m.

insulati
on).

H
alf carcasses cooling and storage equipment should be installed in the building.

Floors: concrete.
Feed
making units will be installed in the building.
Planned
landscaping of the territory will ensure hygiene, favorable microclimate
and modern image of the facilities under the project.
Landscaping
of the farm’s terr
itory by the access drive comply with SNiP 2.07.01
-
89*, appendix 9, and SP 2.3.6.1066
-
01, c.2.8.
Roads
throughout the farm will be covered with fine asphalt.
Bearing
capacity of the road surface is
Н
=30 (equal to centric load of 12 t), which
makes t
he margin of safety considerable.
Sanitary, decorative and aesthetic properties of the greenery are taken into account
when developing the Pig Farm's landscaping project
. Lawns and flower beds will
be arranged to sanitize the area.
Solid
wastes will be b
rought to a special ground located within 100 m from the
farm, which complies with the p.2.7 SP 2.3.6.1066
-
01 regulations. The wastes will
be removed from the ground every day.
