Requirements

The following resources are required in Spain and India to successfully offer Software Development Services on offshore
model.

7.1

Spain

The process requires a resource to handle the promotion, pre

sales, project co
-
ordination and customer interaction. The
resource should be technically proficient and should have the written and oral communication ability in Spanish and
English.

7.2

India

The process required the following resources in Development Center.

Operations Head:

The resource will head the development team interact with the Spain Team. The resource should be technically
competent and also have good written and oral communication
in English. The resource should also have the ability to
develop proposals and estimates. The resource will also provide sales support through technical collaterals to the Spain
Office.

Development Team:

A team of developers to execute the projects sourced

from Spain. The team will be supplemented as the projects increase.

Support & Admin:

The support and admin functions i.e. Office Administration, Human Resources will be handled by the current resource

handling current operations. The team will be supplem
ented as and when required.
