Question 1:

Is the University of Oregon looking for an eCommerce solution?

Answer 1:

No.
The Center fo
r Teaching and Learning at the u
niversity is looking for
online order

and billing management functionality

that

supports a variety of payment methods

including

urchase

rders and credit card

.
Credit card payments can be processed by a third party, one established and
in use already by the university, or another if pre
-
approved by the Oregon State Treasurer.


Question 2:

If not, is the University of Oregon looking for their chosen provider to integrate with their
existing eCommerce solution?

Section 4.1 suggests that the chosen provider needs to link to the University’s eCommerce web site,
but 4.2 suggestions
that the LMS would need to process credit transactions.

Answer 2:

CTL does
not have an operational Learning Management system.


Question 5:

Where is the University of Oregon’s existing course content housed?

Answer 5:

Section VI, Contract Award, subsection 6.1: Mentioned that there is supposed to be an
Attachment A, which is to be an agreement. Unfortunately this was not received. Can we please o

With the RFP due by the end of March and an award date of Apr 22nd, I’m a bit concerned
that not enough time is being allocated for the initial go live.

completed, contracts must also be finalized which may take several weeks.

Can you share any expectations surrounding budget?

will be looking at all
selection criteria provided under RFP Section V. All
criteria and associated evaluation po
ints are provided. Price has

the second highest point value of the
selection criteria and is a significant factor.

Are you looking for a hosted, SaaS, or premise based solution?

looking at a SaaS solution.
