Short timeline? NISH can help…

Consolidated Records/Mail Mgt

Business Case

Receipt
, capture, processing, management of paper documents
(mail and archival documents) are some of the least productive and
most costly functions in business today. Industry estimates are that
the cost of creating, receiving, processing, storing and destroying
one hardcopy document ranges between $30 and $100, and as
much as $250 for one lost document.

This is an opportunity…

Federal
Government and external studies have confirmed that some
of the greatest security breaches have taken place within an internal
work team where hardcopy documents including mail never entered
the organization’s master
library/electronic
repository. Critical
documents never scanned and indexed cannot be fully protected
and accessible.

Consider Consolidation

NISH will provide free assessment and
subject matter support to determine if this is a good option for you
and your internal customers. Sample model next page.
