Level of implementation governed by publishing apps


Vendors are fragmented providing different pieces to the
puzzle on different platforms


Vendors for slabs, connections, frames, foundations, drawings,
modeling, detailing


Ensuring integrity of data compatibility when multiple vendors
are involved is complicated

How are parallel models kept in Sync?


Most likely they aren’t…


All dependent upon some external application fixing the data

Potential use for import into Engineer’s application


If

some app with both models provides the data

Almost useless for export from Engineer’s application


Structural app moves analytical column…and nobody knows.


To be useful, structural application need to support
both

models….so analytical model just makes things worse….
