SRTI Mission



The SRTI
-
BAS carries out fundamental and applied research in the fields of
space physics, remote sensing of the Earth and
geoinformatics
, optical
atmosphere investigations, space technologies.



The Institute contributes to the development scientific instrumentation
intended for satellites, planetary probes and manned space flights as well as in
modeling of physical processes and ionosphere
-
magnetosphere.



The scientific teams participate in data and image processing and in thematic
interpretation
for different applications and
consumers.
