WSU Course Description
:
Combination of lecture/discussion and lab application to reinforce the concepts being
taught. Emphasis will be placed on the major operation systems likely to be encountered
in the work place. Practice in installing, upgrading and patching Microsoft and Li

operating systems. Currently we are using the Cisco IT Essentials I curriculum as
