b)

(format now uses

c)

enable setting for security on Trusted Site

But because
all

of us
ha
ve

different computer setup
s

at home, all the possible
config
urations and problems and solutions can not be addressed in
this write up. This
procedure assumes you have a Microsoft operating system that is relatively current (2000
or XP) and you do not have any restrictions such as Pop
-
up blockers on that override

the
Trusted site settings.
In most cases th
ese

instructions
will work with no problems. We
have had some staff who had software that blocked $TARS with its fire wall (McAfee).
The software gave a message that it was blocking certain components and

th
e staff had to
allow the software to unblock the component.

First
,

let us add $TARS Web site to the list of Favorites.

Open Microsoft Internet Explorer (Browser) to whatever default Web site comes up.

Click on the site listed in the Address box (in th
is case it is Google). It will turn blue.
Hit the delete button and it will disappear.
