Eligibility Requirements for Business Contact

Who can be the
Business Contact

on behalf of the TSP?

For the purpose of the IDB
-
BISEW IT
Scholarship Project, the Business Contact is the person who
officially belongs to the TSP and shall be considered as the legal representative of the TSP by the
Project Authority. In course of completing the enlistment process, the Project Authority shall
c
ommunicate and interact with the Business Contact only. The proposed Business Contact must
fulfil the following criteria:



He/she must be officially and legally empowered to enter into binding agreement with IDB
-
BISEW on behalf of the TSP;



He/she
shall
have

the discretion, & the knowledge required for directing, guiding and
assisting the TSP so that the TSP
is

able to fulfil its responsibilities and tasks as per the
standards and requirements of the project;



Possess the authority to take prompt decisions and

actions on behalf of the TSP in the
interest of the project.

In Stage
-
2 the ATSP basically continues providing specific and detailed information about its
facilities and training delivery capabilities. In order to assist the ATSP in gathering the required
data about its lab(s) proposed for use by IDB
-
BISEW, it may p
rintout a simple guideline and form
shown in the
next
section. Using the guideline and the form, the ATSP shall
have to:


1.

measure its lab(s) and
write
the data on the form printed out

for the purpose

2.

take photographs of the lab(s)

and copy the photo files
on to the PC which would be used
for data
-
entry for Stage
-
2 (the photo files could also be copied on to pen
-
drive instead)


Thereafter, the ATSP shall need to enter the re
corded
data and upload the photographs using the
web form shown below. You may click
on the Save your work button during entering data to save
your work from time to time.

Taking Photographs of the Lab(s)

ATSPs are required to upload two photographs
(coloured) of each lab during Stage
-
2 of the
application for enlistment in the IDB
-
BISEW IT Scholarship Project. The t
