On November 3, 2008, Qwest will post updates to the CEMR Online Help on the Qwest
Wholesale Systems CEMR and RCE website at:

Summary of Changes:



Qwest will be updating the MLT Verification Codes included in the CEMR Online Help with three
new VER codes. This will have no impact to CLEC procedures.

The Loop Terminating Equipment (LTE) failed to respond
to a request by the system. This result could indicate either
a general communications network problem or a problem
with the specific LTE itself.

LoopCare could not complete the requested transaction
due to an internal error in the Loop Terminating Equipment
(LTE) system.

Conditions which could cause this result include:

1. The software version installed in the LTE does not
support the type of
Application Pack (AP) being


tested.

2. A software installation is being performed in the LTE.

3. The LTE is initializing.

4. There is an unspecified internal error within the LTE.
