(ETMs). The candidate will be responsible for authoring, modifying, and reviewing a document
change database for editorial
content and assigning workload elements to subordinate writers.

technical and technical content using MS Word, Browser
or Acrobat software. The candidate will author customer verification plans for technical
manuals and

3's Technical Forensic Exploitation Division with responsibilities of
assessing and advising the government leadership on various aspects of the counter lED mission area.
Will be responsible for analyzing ongoing EOD an
d Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) initiatives in
regards to IEOs and developing solutions to potentially address the IED challenge. Will develop and
present briefings and papers for senior Army leaders that address all aspects of the counter lED missi
on
area. Work is performed without appreciable direction.


Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience supporting DoD organizations. Counter IED knowledge
required. Understanding of Weapons Technical Intelligence. Military Intel Experience required.


Explosiv
e Ordnance Disposal experience desired.
















Remedy System Developer

CAS has an immediate fill requirement to provide a Remedy System Developer to support the JRDC
program at Schriever

AFB, CO. The Remedy System Developer will be a member of a team responsible
for an existing ITSM Remedy solution that manages Missile Defense Agency (MDA) IT and property
operations activities. Primary focus for this position will be the management and ma
intenance of the
Atrium CMDB and Asset Management platforms. Develop comprehensive solutions with a strategic
development focus. Plan, test, and implement major system upgrades while focusing on future growth
and development needs. Perform development, cha
nge, testing, and deployment of MDIOC processes
into Remedy and work directly with managers and other Remedy developers within the MDIOC. Perform
local customizations and system enhancements necessary to meet business needs. Provide guidance on
system high
-
availability solutions and ensure system availability needs are met. Manage Remedy user
accounts and process access requests. Ensure the Remedy applications and supporting systems are
properly patched and on the most current versions. Monitor and manage t
he operating systems
supporting the Remedy servers and back
-
end databases and web servers. Create and manage user
documentation and provide one
-
on
-
one user assistance as necessary.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related dis
cipline and 8 years
experience in the IT field. An Associates degree with 12 years experience may be considered. Minimum
3 years development experience with Remedy AR System application and 2 years experience with
BMC/Remedy ITSM applications and Atrium CM
DB. Minimum application experience with CMDB must
include practical experience creating and managing Atrium Integration Engine (AIE), reconciliation,
normalization, and federation jobs. The Candidate must have a firm understanding of underlying
Remedy Atri
um CMDB data structures and common data model. Candidate must have a working
knowledge of the integration between CMDB and asset data. Minimum application experience in ITSM
should include Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Knowledge Management. Must ha
ve experience
with direct database query technologies. Must have or be able to attain Security+ certification within 60
days of hire. Must be able to work in a team and structured change environment. Candidate must have
a DoD Secret security clearance or t
he ability to obtain.


Familiarity with MDIOC. Experience with several of the following: BMC Atrium CMDB 7.5/8.0,
BMC/Remedy Action Request System (ARS) 7.5/8.0, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.5/8.0 (Asset , Service
Desk, Service Level Management, Incident, Probl
em, Change Management and Service Request
Management). Familiarity with MS SQL Server 2005/2008, managing web technologies, and MS
Windows current server and client operating systems.
